Hard to navigate
The update was not a success. The running balance is no longer available. Finding the “deposit” selection was harder to find. Very disappointed with the “update” that seems like a downgrade.

I absolutely hate the new format after the update ! 😩 Why can’t you just leave things alone instead of forcing CHANGES to people ?!?ALSO, I hate that you have limits on pirchases on my Debit Card 😩 I have money in my account and it’s my money and I get rejected decline for purchases because it’s over the limit that you put on my card! That is so wrong. I feel so embarrassed to be declined for a purchase that is covered with thousands of dollars more than what I’m trying to purchase! That is absolutely disgustingly WRONG 😡 you want me to call with a code that I get when I get declined to get it straightened out, but that doesn’t work because once I get declined on that card, the vendor that I’m trying to purchase from won’t accept that card again, so there’s nothing I can do to make it work, I just don’t get it🤔😡

Terrible app
The previous app was great. This one is very finicky and the bank technical department has no idea how to correct what it is doing.
Review app, true balance
Why did yall get rid of the actual balance, I could check my app in 2 seconds and see how much I have, now I need a calculator…
New Update Sucks
Since they have redone their app it is so much slower and restive takes too long to get stuff done that doesn’t need to!!!

This app wasn’t great before, now it really sucks, almost makes me want to switch banks . Don’t waste your time downloading this app
New format 👎
The new format, too many extra clicks to do what you could before from the main screen. This is not a better design and seems it was meant to updated so now deposits/transfers made after 9 pm , will not show up until the next day. This is not a benefit, user friendly or 24 hour banking.
They changed the app and now it’s no good.
The new app is harder to navigate, doesn’t respond as well and is way more time consuming to use. The ease and convenience it use to have is no longer there. I dread everytime I have to use it now, which is a good bit for me. I would go back to the old one if I could. You truly don’t know what you have until it’s gone. Such a simple luxury I didn’t know I had.

Just not as good as the old app
So many little things that were great about the old app. Still love the bank. The app not so much.
Best Bank in Greenville
I tried several banks for my business startup and was always having issues with check availability, purchase denials, and fees. Bank of TR is the easiest to work with and has made building my business so much easier not having to worry about the money. They’re not the easiest to get loans with but thats okay. Highly recommend for business owners in Greenville.

New app is terrible
I have never had so many issues with a bank app before. Since the middle of the week it’s been flashing a message telling me I’ve entered an incorrect user name or password. No I am not. I called the 800 number because it’s now Saturday night and it asks for my card number and my SSN then tells me it cannot validate the information. Something needs to be done soon. I’ve had more issues in the past few weeks than I’ve had since I opened the account.

Old app was better
I don’t like how the balance isn’t in real time. Constantly trying to figure out how much is actually in my account. The old app was easier to navigate.

Good Bank, horrible app
I can’t understand why the bank needed to fix the app in the first place because it was perfectly fine and very user-friendly, now not only is it not user-friendly but I’m going on over five days for my balance to catch up and not show pending and give me my current balance, the previous app never did that and was good at giving you your current balance after pending transactions, this app does not do that. I’ve been with this Bank for over 17 years and I’m just now wanting to completely switch Banks because of this app. I’m wildly shocked that there are horrible reviews about this app and no one from the institution is correcting this or probably even bothering to read these and update the app or go back to the old version. Very Disappointed.

New Look
The app recently updated and it is great. Easy to navigate and love the quick features on the bottom.
Balance Problem
It really need to give the balance including pending transactions. It used to do this in the last version and now you have to figure your balance on your own and it’s very confusing.

Iv never had a problem with this app until the new update! ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Please fix it back to how it used to be

I’m not a fan of the “new “ platform - my instant balance with pending is NLA & there seems to be bugs with logging in also
