Lost my security deposit… due to their fault.
Submitted bike 10 mins earlier to the person of their company at their station, but still he couldn’t end ride even gave him our phone to end ride , still he unintentionally or intentionally ended ride 3 mins late and our security deposit got cutted. Requested refund but that too with long procedure of filling out full account details rather than just simple upi payment they took from us. Still haven’t got my refund after 1 day…

I am feeling lost of trust on this app
Earlier I had used this app four years ago and I was satisfied.
I gave it a try once again and currently I have requested refund of my wallet money and my request is put on hold for no reason and without any communication.

Very bad experience
Their app has a lot of bugs. When I ask for a refund, they don't give me the amount. It's been two weeks since I asked for a refund. They haven't been able to return my refund amount yet. The staff on the helpline answer as they see fit. I'm not a statistician on this app.
Worst bike rental app ever
No wonder this concept isn’t much of a hit because the way it works. They blocked my account within 4 hours as I was unable to return the bike on time. Instead of fining they just blocked my account which restricted to return my bike and later told me to pay ₹800 as a fine. And when I tried to chat with customer support, the unblock option isn’t available and the app crashes later. So basically it’s the worst app. They just want to dupe you out of your money anyhow.
