App not useful
I support the app because there is no other means of public transport in my area BUT there are many problems with the app like:
1. There are practically no riders available.
2. EVERY Rider is too lazy to come to the pickup point even you are 1 km away. Making excuses like kids and requesting to cancel the ride.
3. Rider calls me 10-15 minutes after using the app and I’m even not able to see that my ride is actually booked. There is no confirmation for that.
4. You can’t change the pickup location in the app. I was facing issues.
5. Don’t know a third person called me to inform that there are no riders available in the city that too after 20 mins of waiting.
6. I’ve tried 10-12 times to book a ride, got calls from 2-3 riders but as i said they were too disinterested and lazy to pick me up from the location. At the end i had to walk half of the distance then i called the rider then he came for only 1 km that too outside the app.
7. Lastly, the price changes from 30 to 60 even for 5 meters difference between drop locations.
Hopefully all these will get fixed next time when I’ll use the app.

Driver asks for additional fare
The fare shown at the time of booking should be full and final. Sometimes the driver will ask for extra money, and will keep on insisting. Otherwise there will be additional charges - airport charges - for example, that get added at the end of the trip. If airport charges have to be added, then it should be shown at the time of booking not at the time of ending the trip. This shows that you are trying to take your customers for a ride. Pun intended. Please make money by providing good services, not by charging customers secretly. One star.

Too many issues
When I am opening scheduled rides option, in that option history is showing. Please fix it. Also chat option not working. Only one time I was able to chat, after chatting one time the message bar vanished. Please work on frontend in ios. Now there is no option to message in app so I am writing my issue here. Also one email support option is there, when I am writing my issue there and clicking on submit then “ unable to send mail” error is coming. So many issues are there.

Doest work when needed
The app, does not allow you to book a ride even though you don’t I have not cancelled any rides yet. Being a new app user from a different country, this app did not work when not needed. Would now rely on different apps instead.
Disappointed-Customer care is useless
I downloaded the Jugnoo app yesterday mainly because of their referral offer. They clearly mentioned that once the referred person completes a ride, I would get two free ride unlocks. But nothing happened! When I reached out to customer care, instead of resolving the issue, the representative gave completely useless and nonsense responses.
This feels like a total scam and a very bad experience for me. If Jugnoo can’t keep their word on simple offers, how can anyone trust them for regular rides? Really disappointing and not at all customer-friendly.
