Worst app making these cams kinda useless
Nightmare trying to get this thing to reconnect every single time I have to reload the SD card after emptying it!! Doesn’t recognize the password and now won’t even recognize the default password. Will replace with better and most likely less expensive cameras that actually capture well AND connect to their app.

No videos saved
For about a month or 2 the camera will let me know it went off cause of activity but there is no video to look at nothing is being recorded and saved so u can see what’s going on. I guess I will have to get a different camera since I see someone else has the same issue and it’s not being fixed

Please update the app to include unlimited video storage. I'm unable to see any videos, and it seems like recordings aren't saving to storage at all. Everything on my side appears to be fine, except I can't view any videos. Could you please fix this quickly? If not, I might have to change my rating to 1 star. I hope you can listen to your customers and resolve this issue soon, or I may need to consider changing the camera. Thank you!
