No videos saved
For about a month or 2 the camera will let me know it went off cause of activity but there is no video to look at nothing is being recorded and saved so u can see what’s going on. I guess I will have to get a different camera since I see someone else has the same issue and it’s not being fixed

Please update the app to include unlimited video storage. I'm unable to see any videos, and it seems like recordings aren't saving to storage at all. Everything on my side appears to be fine, except I can't view any videos. Could you please fix this quickly? If not, I might have to change my rating to 1 star. I hope you can listen to your customers and resolve this issue soon, or I may need to consider changing the camera. Thank you!

advanced settings just won’t work
Clicked on Advanced settings which closed the app. Then I opened the app here and it worked. This app needs some simple fixes: Show calendar on app, make it easier to find an event as it is you literally have to open every single little recorded clip and watch them, THIS IS ABSURD. The search feature still makes you do that. Make thumbnails to find event faster. And better would be a playing loop video to find it by sliding scroll arrow like all video features everywhere!

Recording delay
Up until recently, I have nothing bad to say about these cameras. They have worked so well it’s not even funny. I didn’t notice Harbor freight discontinued them. Last week I noticed there was a one hour delay on me seeing an event from a remote area. Once I got home, I did some investigating and could not find any valid reason why there was a one hour delay. I tried changing the time zone to correct for the one hour delay, but that made it worse. Now I have an eight hour delay between an event And me being able to review it using the app. I have reason to believe my recordings are going to a database then back to the app.

Connectivity stinks
Hit and miss connection. Doesn’t connect to iphone16 5g
iPhone 16 pro issues.
Has worked wonderful for the past 3 years I’ve had my system.
Only issue I’ve had is upgrading to new iPhone 16 pro titanium and it seems to not work for that device.
I’ve reset the system to default, all passwords reconfigured, reset my modem, reinstalled app on iPhone 16, set to static ip instead of dynamic ip, and tried about every troubleshooting fix the World Wide Web has to offer to no avail.
The app works flawless for my older devices ( iPad 12.9, 2 different iPhone 12s, beelink windows computer, iMac running Big Sur.)
On the iPhone 16 pro, the app loads just fine. The app allows me to scan QR code to add the cobra device. It displays that it’s connected. When I click to view any cameras, it shows it “loading” with the spinning circle of doom for about two minutes before stating that the connection has failed. It will not load any camera.
It works just fine on my other devices so at this point I’m assuming that there are compatibility issues not yet rectified for newer devices.
Still happy with the app and hoping that a fix may come sooner than later.

Malfunctioning after 4 years
I’ve had this system for around 4 years. Recently it told me I had to reset my password because the old one was unsecure, ever since then it will not load any cameras remotely, I cannot access recordings and it never connects. I’ve googled everything I can think of. I guess it’s time for a new camera system

Years behind
Once upon a time this was a good camera but pretty primitive nowadays. So much better available. I just updated app and it required a new password. What a pain in the butt.

Motion detection does not work well
Cool app but when I needed it the most it failed. Around 2 AM in the morning someone threw human waste at my window. I spent about 3 hours afterwords trying to get the footage of the person doing it. I could not find it. All I found were short clips of cars driving by my house.
Doesn’t work anymore.
Worked fine for years then just stopped working. Cameras work, receiver works, app doesn’t work anymore.
