Good to great

Surely a great app overall and very useful for tracking investments smoothly. However, some colour combinations should be changed as it is sometimes difficult to lookup who had challenged with vision. Also, any change done by an investor needs to be highlighted properly so it’s easy to notice and track.
Improving these areas would make the experience much better.

UPI payment not working

I've been using this app for last few months. Always found it very user friendly. But recently, since last week, I'm not being able to place the purchaser order using UPI as payment option.

Please resolve this issue. I love the app otherwise!

Update: The issue has been addressed during the latest app update. Thank you and also revising my rating to 5star.

MyCAMS is not working

All the time it is asking to upgrade and after doing upgrade also same thing is repeating continuously.. it is not opening.. I have done it many more times but nothing happened please provide me any solution of this problem..

Slow and drops access repeatedly

Not stable at all. Keep kicking me out, repeatedly asking for authentication

Very useful and user friendly

I have been using myCAMS for a long time and it’s a seem less experience, the user interface facility tracking options are great.
Only the nct upgrade needs to be added which I will also ease out the Nct request to process.

App ok But Arrogant call center executives

Their call center will call you from unknown number to confirm redemption request. They are very arrogant.
Zero professionalism.
If you call and ask to connect to a senior for escalation, They have no team leader or seniors to resolve issues.
Their email query handing team is totally different so no point in giving email query ticket number to call center !
Updated version seems to be ok, Though it depends on backend support systems synchronisation during heavy load/heavy traffic. Not a pleasant experience dealing with CAMS/myCAMS.

Boring yet Decent

I’d this is a boring yet very decent app for longer term investors, coz it’s supposed to be boring, so you don’t get super excited or stressed like you get in other MF Apps, which mostly gamified the investing in India.

There’s always bugs here and there & UX can be improved a lot, but again I’m not using it all the time so I don’t really care that much.

Buggy application

As a Mutual Fund app, it should simplify investing, but instead, it creates persistent issues. The app is plagued by frequent glitches that go beyond minor bugs, severely impacting user experience. Please invest in skilled developers and rigorous testing to ensure a reliable, user-friendly platform.
