Worked once or twice then hasn’t since. Doesn’t connect to the device anymore

The find device is not popping up. I have deleted the app twice and reinstalled and still nothing.

This app doesn’t support landscape screens properly; if you turn your phone to view the remote screen, it just flips sideways. Utterly terrible.
