Doesn’t do the one thing it should
Can’t submit claim. Says please wait then goes back to screen, no error message, nothing. Useless. Guess I will call.

Awful App
This app never works on time and Maximus Auto Group doesn’t honor claims even when your contract is active. Don’t purchase anything from this terrible company.

This will not allow me to add my policy. It says my contract does not exist. Just bad, and useless.
Amazing overhaul
I’ve had this app on my phone for several years and the most recent version released has really improved the ease of use. Love how I can not only file and track my claims, but also message my claim rep and upload documents. I recently tried the glovebox feature and found it very helpful. I took a picture of my license plate and stored it in the glovebox for those random times when I need to know my plate number but can’t remember what it is. Overall very pleased with the new functions and interface.

Not user friendly and does not work

The app crashes constantly (I tried to add a second picture) and at one point didn't show my claim; I reset password and logged out and in again and then it worked. Needs serious work. Response from MyCar very fast, however; thanks!
Useless App
I was told by Vine credit union to download this app for my tire warranty. It keeps crashing every time I try to submit a claim.
Great intentions but below average quality
I would give this app at least 4 stars but it has not been updated to work seamlessly with any recent iOS update, and does not send any push notifications to the device when claims are updated or messages are sent. The app gets the job done and allows you to file claims but there are many glitches and it just needs a huge renovation.

Very user friendly app
Was very pleased with the claim process. It was simple and quick. It was easy to complete the information for a chip in my windshield. Thanks for having a resource that’s simple to use and does not take a lot of time to fill out the claim.

Filed the claim on the app. Received approval within 30 minutes. Waiting to here from repair vendor. Have always had great customer service.
Quick and easy!
I have been unfortunate to have made so many claims for windshield repairs and replacement through this app, but I have NO complaints about the app itself! It has made making my claims quick and easy. I receive a response from customer service right away and a windshield repair/replacement company calls shortly after making my claims. I am glad that I have decided to download and use the MyCar Mobile app.

Claims will not submit
I have tried to submit my claim through the app and it freezes. I’ve tried a few times but will just have to call directly now.

This app is the easiest and most user-friendly app I have used. The company has excellent follow up upon claim submission.
