You don’t need it till you NEED it
Our car was stolen from in front of our house and the only reason we got it back was because of Waypoint. And the Waypoint agent was prompt in communication during a very stressful time for us, much better comms than the police and insurance! Without Waypoint a very stressful situation would have been much much worse. Highly recommend!

Customer Service ever!
I did NOT want Waypoint to be included in my recent car purchase! Of course I left with the dealer discounting the price by half. After several notices to activate my account, I did so yesterday. With what could have been a truly negative experience taking almost 2 hours - we were finally successful. All four of the employees I spoke with were exceptional. The last person called me after hours and emailed me this morning with success. Now I'm looking forward to learning all the features that Waypoint offers.
