Works but needs some quality of life improvements.
App works great but as with anything there is room for improvement.
It would be nice if there was a way to search out vehicles dispatched to a specific technician. This would be a huge help to service writers, management and of course the tech to make it easy to view statuses of vehicles and see all vehicles dispatch to a specific technician.
Also being able to make a video to put into irecon would be beneficial also. Have had to some engine noises that would be great to add to the communication to sales managers. Also being able to show how broken a motor mount is. As well as other noises and broken items that are not easily shown in a still photo. Video with sound would be extremely helpful even if the app limits it to 30-60 second clips.

Has its issues
App logs you out constantly. New update seems to push you to the top of your saved pictures each time you try to add one and you have to scroll through all your pictures to attach the ones you want. My other issue is it keeps automatically changing which store I am working in even though I haven’t changed the store.

Sign-in multiple times a day
The app works as intended, you can do most of what you need to do. The reason for my star review is because it signs out multiple times a day. At first I would sign in and everything would be fine for multiple days, but lately it’s every time I need to use the app I have been signed out.
Good when it works
Works nearly half the time if it doesn’t sign me out 3-4 times a day.
App okay
This app is great when it works. Constantly having to force close it and restart it for it to pull up detail.
