One of the worst sign up processes I’ve ever seen in an app
You can’t leave the app to sign up. I have no idea what my traveling phone number and passport is so I need to leave to my settings to copy it down. As soon as you leave you get reset. One of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen from an app in my decades of using apps. Not to mention you choose a phone number for a country and that locks you into the country you are from. I mean how many people are traveling and using this app?? Please please think and test the app before you put it out to the world because then you wouldn’t have any of these blatantly ridiculous issues.
OH MY GOD! I didn’t think it could get worse, but they force you to add a picture and the app just simply crashes everytime you try to take a photo and restarts. Absolutely incredible lack of effort! If this is how bad the sign up function is I can only imagine the app is 10x worse. This really isn’t rocket science…
