MyCareHero is an app which is designed for vulnerable individuals who require assistance from local volunteer care workers. It allows the customer to register on our platform, choose the type of service who needs help with such as:
- transportation to/ from GP practices, NHS hospitals, other treatment facilities
- grocery shopping and collection of medical prescriptions
- general check in and chat (either over the phone or by visiting your home)
The main features of MyCareHero are:
- Easy access to new appointment and manage all stages of existing ones
- Tracking of all appointments booked through the app and the arrival time of the care worker
- Update information for each care worker by leaving comments on your file
- Upload photos or videos to best describe the needs that you have
- 24/7 Customer service support for the extra help you might required - start online chat or ring through the app
