I think the app is better than the website, especially for finding providers.
Unable To Register Sith Client ID
I’m unable to register for the app. I’ve entered all the required information including my ID, name, and date of birth, but it keeps showing an error each time. I’ve followed the steps carefully and even looked for troubleshooting tips, but nothing seems to help. I hope this issue can be fixed soon. I look forward to using the app once it’s working properly so I can access my Medicaid services more easily.

This app is easy to use and provides useful information about my health plan
Glad app exists, hope to be able to use it
I’m glad this app exists, and I’m sure the team working on it is under-resourced and doing their best to fix the bugs that exist. That said, I would argue that providing the ability to get past the login screen is an important first step.
