Cannot verify ID

Tried 3 times to take photo of my passport and then of my face but keeps saying name given is different from name on passport which it isn’t. Then got a message saying I could verify my ID a different way and when I click continue it says page is not working.

Why?

Functionally useless!

Useless

Honestly why not copy nhs England. It is useless. My 9 yo niece can do better than this with Claude

Unable to verify identity

The app does not give long enough to take photos of driving licence etc then times out just as you try to take your face photo. I’ve tried several times and still unsuccessful

Pointless

Shows absolutely nothing. I’m on medication - it doesn’t show. I’ve had appointments - it doesn’t show. I don’t get what the point of this app is.
