Selecting packages
It would be good to select the packages you come to collect from the app once you scan the QR code or register, so when you go to the counter you get what you are there for… which is beneficial to both the employees and we, the customers.
Glitchy/Bug
App getting worst. it says the update when you go to update it. It just says open no update and it won’t allow you to sign in. Says password is wrong when it’s correct.
time n price bad
they take a. week to get items. after delivered in florida n then 2-3 days to over price u for clearing items i dont. recommend
The worse courier
No one tells you but if you’re mce number is incorrect/missing they will charge you a jmd $850 to “manually add it” and to had injury to insult you have to wait an additional 5 business days to get your package added to your account not even the time to consider collecting it is in that. Then they say that’s what they told all customers, I would like to know when I was made aware of this and by who lol then there is no point in using the missing package feature on their app because no one checks that are gets back to you and when you call no one can simple pull up the information. You have to start all over again so no I won’t be using that these clowns.
