I Wish I Could Give Zero Stars!
Their apps AND online banking are the worst. None of them are consistent with one another. Went onto the credit card app (and WHY do we have to have 2 separate apps for banking? Put everything in ONE PLACE!) I wanted to add a 2nd payment option for occasionally making payments from a separate source, but couldn’t find an option. So I Called # on card for help. It says to say “representative” if you want a human but you still have to say that MULTIPLE x’s, then it told me to call customer service. I called, got an agent, told her I was on the app and explained I wanted to add another payment source, not CHANGE the source but add one. She asked multiple question but every time I would try to answer she would cut me off. I finally had to tell her to stop interrupting me. First she tells me where to look, but I tell her when you go to this screen there is no option to add a payment source. So she looks on the app and confirms this, but says you can do it online (ugh, but OK fine). She starts to tell me how to do it and CLICK! We are disconnected! UGH again. So I go online and navigate to credit cards (that’s another thing, there are separate logins for everything! Whether you’re looking at credit cards, checking acct, mortgage, online vs using the app!). I log in and see there’s is one credit card attached to our acct, but not the other one. Can’t find how to add a credit card. Tried clicking on everything under the “hamburger” menu. Top right corner there is an arrow so I try that. It LOGS ME OUT! Why doesn’t it SAY this button is used to log out? After 10 MORE MINUTES of this circus I give up. Again. This happens every time I try to do anything with CCCU. They need to update all of their banking and APPS to catch up to the 21st century!

Simple and Effective
Love this app for management of my MAF CCCU Visa card. Stopped working on my old iPhone6 because iOS is too old and updates are no longer provided. Just downloaded the app to my newer iPad Mini 4, logged in setting up Touch ID, added to Apple Wallet, and made payment at 5:30pm on the due date, all done successfully in about 3 minutes. SWEET!

No options for statements
Please update.. I have now deleted this app, I can’t log in & no Option to review the statement

Won’t even let me log in. Says there was an issue retrieving the account information every single time. It may be a great company but the website and app stink!

When can we log in without entering our password every time we log in? Can you not update the app by using the Face-ID log in? When will this happen?
