Not user friendly
Could not make payment using the app. When you try and enter your credit card info and hit the next arrow it just closes the app altogether. At least using the iPhone 12.
Updated to uselessness
CHELCOConnect app worked before used it just a few days prior. Now I can’t connect to your severs it keeps timing out. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling resetting and more. I’ve tried different internet sources nothing the app is useless.
Great APP!
Today, for the first time, I used the Chelco App to review my account and pay my bill. Great experience and no long download times between switching from page to page. Highly recommend!
Pointless
I hope chelco didn’t pay some company a lot of money for developing this app. The interface looks like garbage and moving from screen to screen takes about 8 minutes of load time. Tried to access my account to pay my bill and it kept timing out. Tell whatever junior developer that fumbled his way through this to give you your money back, chelco! Garbage.
