Want it to work
It does not work. Can not add a vehicle by VIN. The app crashes every time. So for me it is a worthless app. I asked the cashier at the service department in Delaware, OH to help me and she said she’s not sure since she doesn’t have the app. No offer to get someone who knows anything about it either. The only reason I downloaded the app and the first place is because the dealership told me that I needed to have the app. The service which documents they’re backed up warranty for servicing my car at their dealership.

I put in all my information and it keeps showing me a 2022 Nissan which is wrong. I deleted the app.
