Waste of time. Don’t bother.
Web site says install this app to get my ID cards. I install the app and instead the app asks me to scan my ID cards into it. Other questions about benefits are equally problematic. Removing the app at this point. Adds zero value to users.

Terrible app
It completely locks you out if you change your phone number. I need an email or phone number to call to get back into my account
Not a decent app
Can’t even get back into the app all of a sudden! Not accepting NOTHING that I enter and this is totally unacceptable! This is supposed to be able to allow me to access ALL my records and be able to make payments and don’t let me get started on customer service!
Pointless app.
The answer to any question I ask about my benefits is to look at my plan documents. In other words, it’s a waste of memory and data.
Worst benefit admin I’ve had
For OTC products they require LMN. FSA transactions are declined. For itemized bills of procedures not covered by the insurance they ask for EOB letters. It’s all messed up. They have people working outside the US, with our healthcare data, who are requesting things that don’t apply to the medical procedures we’re having. I’m exhausted with this administrator.

I've hit logout over 100 times to log out of my old company to log into my new company however it says I'm logging out and then instantly logged me straight back in without me doing a single thing it literally refuses to log me out
Limited repayment options
Recently a transaction I was approved for got flagged due to the Doctor’s office charging a $7 credit card processing fee which this card doesn’t cover and only way to repay is to send a physical check in the mail? Why isn’t there a easier way to just pay on the app with electronic check? It’s ridiculous and time consuming to mail out a physical check for credit card processing fees

My company just transferred to my choice benefits and I have had not one good thing to say about the company. They are slow with reimbursements and I have never ran into so many problems trying to use my card in the store.
The worst FSA administrator in my life
This has been by FAR the worst FSA administrator I’ve had. It’s AI wanna be bots don’t differentiate between medical equipment and medical procedures. They mix up EOB and LMN. It’s frustrating and old fashioned. A total brick that you’d be lucky if you don’t have to deal with it.

I got this thing to work 1x. Tried calling the company for help but they do not have a tech support option. Completely worthless

Try logging in, says wrong info. Change password and attempt to log in again, says account locked and to press “trouble logging in” to reactivate account. Press “trouble logging in”, only gives option to change password again. There has to be a better way

Teribble app, rarely works as it should. Won’t let me type in the fields right now. This is just the latest problem.
Mediocre App But Gets the Job Done
Haven't used this app for long, but lots of small things need improvement. Example, there is a task to upload dependent verification documentation. Do that, it says submission successful, but once you close that there is no indication that anything has been submitted or anything is in process. Still a task at the top of the app saying I need to submit verification.
