Poorly designed app
Why would you not have the ability to save your bank details for claims, and why would you regularly reset the token so you have to manually login every three months? And why would you have backend services that often crash? Terrible, terrible app and the products are no longer competitive either.

Uploading is extremely slow. App is not responding at all.

Everytime I login and only received system error and return back to login page. I have tried more than 10 times and never had once successful login!!!
Useless Filter
Searching for a doctor is very difficult as there is no option to search for one that is open (despite that information being part of the details - in at least one of the often duplicate entries), so in an 'emergency', you are confronted with hundreds (if not thousands) of useless records...
Which I guess entails calling Cigna: another usually fruitless endeavour as they use the same search method and give you a random list of numbers for doctors who are closed!
Don't get ill with a Cigna policy (though I guess that could be their intention all along?)!

Please improve
Loading and loading. Every action takes time to load. I don't believe who would really rate this app 5 stars. To your IT staff - stop putting fake review here to pretend that you have delivered the work.
Nice interface with good technologies
Overall speed is improved with a fantastic layout. Happy to see the improvements and it’s more easy for me to submit claim through the app.

With this new app once you put in your password the screen just goes black and nothing happens!!!

This new update is a great improvement to the previous version. The loading time is much faster now. The look is much better too. Recommend for those who are using it should update it.

The new improved version of the app is efficient and fast. App layout is organised and app speed has definitely increased. You can easily submit claims worry free now.

A premium insurance brand selling premium plans without agency, promoted self served but without right tools to the users. Disappointed. Crude design, Slow response, Complicated login. The worst app among insurance companies.

Terrible app
In today’s world, there is no excuse for an app to respond as slow as this one does. Takes 10x as long as it should to do anything.

Too many steps to file a claim and it works extremely slow from page to page.

Nightmare and super slow
I’m trying to file my claim but I needed to reset my password. I tried to reset like 3 times but nothing happened!!! Unbelievable piece of crappy app!!! And there is no customer support!!!! Shame on the developers!
