Can’t even create an account as new user
Tried downloading this. Downloaded and tried to use my number to create an account. Wouldn’t even let me.
Great concept - horrible execution
Very simple. I love the idea but the app is so old and outdated you can’t even log in. It would be a great idea and definitely streamline police operations and public safety.
App doesn't even work yet...
There isn't coverage for Charlotte. Not sure why they released an app when it doesn't even work yet. If you try to click "Follow" CMPD, it gives an error message.
Can not re logon
Got a new phone and forgot password. Tried to reset. However after following all the password rules and redid the password it would not highlight the arrow to submit. It just gets stuck on set new password and will not go forward. I’m an officer with CMPD and now can’t use the app. There is absolutely no support to resolve the situation. Great app on the old phone, but not able to use it on the new phone. 1 star

Application is amazing, but data collection and usage is not
I installed and loved the app. Interface is very nice and it provides a very useful info, but... they collect too much personal data. I decided to reread again how my information/data is used and am not happy. It’s on of those apps, who allows them use you personal data and sell it to third parties per their discretion if they choose so. I do not agree with that... plus they are heavily collecting my info including my location and what websites I am using and etc.
