No one can log in

This app used to be helpful, but lately I cannot log in. The phone number and email options don’t allow users to move forward. Please fix this. Wasted government funds.

Unresponsive

Have used the App a long time. However, yesterday, it stopped working. I tried deleting the App and reinstalling, but nothing worked. What is wrong with the App?

Cannot Login

I use this app constantly because I live in a higher crime area. I still get the notifications from the app, but then when I go to look at the app, it’s prompting me to login, I type in my phone number does not give me the option to continue. The checkmark is grayed out so I tried with my email same thing, the checkmark is grayed out and I can not continue. Not sure if this is a bug or what.
