Unable to create account
Made multiple attempts to create an account without success. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times over several days. App will not proceed past phone number. Using IOS with must current update.
Can’t set up account
I’ve installed the app, but when I try to set up an account, the app will not accept my phone number. I cannot advance to the next screen.
Unable to sign up or sign in
The app requests my phone number but will not allow me to continue after entering it. The app did work well on my old phone.
Update Fail
Unable to login after my app updated. I tried to delete and re-install but the app won’t accept my phone number to sign in or the ability to create a new account
Unable to create account
I am unable to create an account and the application support just take you to a sale screen for AtlasOne.

12/5/25 Even though light mode is off, every time i open app i have to go and turn light mode on & off to get dark mode to work. Please fix

Just Deleted AGAIN
It’s becoming a habit with this one — it notifies me of a nearby police incident (lately not timely, but that’s another complaint), then will not open. Asks for login, receives, but nowhere (blue arrow darkened) to open.
It’s stuck on the login page.

9/9/25 no info on app for Little Rock. Wish y’all would COMMUNICATE the problem mostly so we would know that you know there IS a problem!!!

App hasn’t worked in 2 weeks? What gives?
Very Useful
I really like this app! It’s easy to use and has lots of information. Like some others who have posted reviews, the SMS didn’t work for me either. But there is an email option, and it was very fast to send the code, so registering isn’t difficult at all.
I never get a text msg code
Who can even register to use this app? The SMS never comes through even after multiple attempts.
