What’s next in coaching
My coaching tree is going to be one of the next great innovations in coaching. This app and website will allow coaches to connect like never before. The social networking feature of this app is so nice because unlike Twitter it’s only coaches! I’m excited to see how they continue to grow and develop as they develop in the market place.

Great Upgrade
With this app I am able to access things like Coach Tube in addition to seeing available jobs. This is so helpful because I use Coach Tube all the time. Great Upgrade.
Great Application
MyCoachingTree is an incredible app that is changing the landscape for networking between Coaches at all levels. Whether it is the job boards or the “Mentor” part of the app, there are so many tools that coaches are able to take advantage of to better themselves through networking.
Easy to Search Jobs
The ability to search in multiple categories and hone in on exactly the job I want is huge. Made it so easy to find my current job!
Counterproductive
Similar to Hudl, the updates make things worse. I know the app is brand new but the job board hasn’t been good since it went to MyCoaching Tree. Developers need to understand that simpler is better, and functionality should be priority #1.
That part aside, the problem right now is that jobs aren’t able to be sorted by preferred criteria. School/District size, Location, oldest/newest postings, these are no longer options, whether on the app or on a computer. This is not a user-friendly update, and the timing for this update could not have been much worse.
