Apple Watch

Desde que actualicé a la nueva app no puedo usar el freelap con mi Apple Watch. ¿Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo?

A big step backwards

This updated app is a giant leap backwards. They removed a lot of very useful features. I don’t believe there is a way to create and save workouts, they dropped support for Apple Watch, no ability to record rest time between reps, and the user interface is less intuitive when creating workouts.

Update has killed this app

The new update has made this app impossible to use. 17 of my 28 chips no longer register when we run. The app has the yellow wheel of death and gets stuck with a “type 'String' is not a subtype of type 'int' of 'index'” message that bricks the app until restart. The workout I did today with what chips did work isn’t exportable to CSV. You can click on the export button all you want but it does nothing. I had two workouts today to try and work around the malfunctioning chips but one of the two workouts does not show when I log into the app on my PC. The one that does show up only shows that one athlete ran but on the iPad app is shows me that may more did. The new dashboard shows everyting you don’t need and nothing that you do. Why would my workout for the day not be on the dashboard? In order to find it you have to go to history even though it is in the future. When trying to create a team using a CSV file it imports all the data into the first name box instead of where it should go. The downloadable sample CSV file is not in the format that the app tells you to have it. I tired the way the CSV download file had it and it just gave me an error. You can no longer make a copy of a team or at least it’s not intuitive on how to do it. It is no longer intuitive on how to even make a workout to be honest. I paid over $5000 for hardware to now be completely ripped off by terrible software. I have reached out by email for support but have yet to hear back. While I am complaining, how about you make it work in landscape mode on an iPad?

Update-
I have used the app for around a month now. I no longer get the error message so that is a plus. I still can’t export a CSV of the workout from an iOS device. I can if I log into the app on a computer. CSV uploads to create a team does not work for me either. All chips are working now with a twist. I only get consistent results if I raise the Tx Junior pros up a couple feet off the ground. I have replaced every battery in every chip and every Tx junior pro. They still did not work consistently if they were not elevated. Overall the app and devices work now but it took me deleting my old account, creating a new one, replacing every battery, and elevating the cones to about knee level to get it all to work. My times with the elevated cones are a lot faster so any comparison data to the past years is not useable unless my kids are just that much faster now.
