Constant updates Zero improvement
Coke apparently has no interest in fixing the app for ipad or iphone. Its attempt to pacify users with frequent useless updates is insulting.
HORRIBLE
This app sucks I have to place three orders a week every single time I have problems with this app. Nothing’s ever been done to actually fix the app like they say they are like today for example every time I place the order I have to go in to my cart and delete the easy order that I get because it’s completely wrong every time it adds random stuff that I’ve never sold and will never sell and that’s not what my sales rep told me at the beginning of this, he said, and I quote eventually we will not have to do an order anymore. We can just do it off the easy order. If I did that, I wouldn’t have half the products to fill my cooler. But I deleted the easy order out of my cart today I started placing my order and right as I was about to get done somehow the easy order came back into my cart and my order went from 60 cases of product to 100 cases of product now I have to start my order all the way back over. Every time I get onto this app I met with a new issue. Ridiculous. And Coke will never do anything to fix the issues. I pray that the government starts handing out antitrust lawsuits to coke over how they have a monopoly over their products. Coca-Cola is the absolute most difficult company in the country to work with. And I promise I’m not the only one that feels this way

Terrible App
Doesn’t allow add-ons of product. Very hard to navigate to find new products give me a salesman. This is terrible.
Able to view options
Love ordering on the app and also like the fact that I’m able to view everything that Coca-Cola has to offer. I also like the fact how much I can keep track on my spending budget.

I can’t remove a chosen item easily I have to remove the whole list on my phone…
Lacks essential features for efficient ordering
The user experience of this app is very poor. It severely slows down business efficiency because there is no order history and no favorites feature. Having to start the search process over again for every order is highly repetitive and annoying. It desperately needs an update to include these basic tracking functions.

Hard to get into
This horrible app continues to update over and over and over again and whenever you sign in it gives you a single sign on error every time you do after an update so then I end up having to use the desktop application every time anyway, what’s the use of this application? It’s garbage.

Some of the items on the Order Builder overlap on top of the other items and baked if difficult to order. Had to keep going back and forth with the process. Took 5 times longer than normal to make the order

Sometimes it logs me out and has issues logging back in. They will reschedule your orders without permission or approval!
