No longer works
This has been my go to app for YEARS. I got the new iPhone 13 and the app no longer works. I fill out the questionnaire and at the end I get a blank screen. Please fix this!
Doesn’t work
Input personal info, but the allergy screen won’t work. Bypass it, but the Surveys screen blanks out. No way to use the app
Some things are good
Only one day and I see some shortcomings, I.e. I don’t see a data compilation. And there is no sleep entry? If some one knows better please let people know!
Great Tracking App
This is a great, simple app for tracking as much, or as little, data as you want related to your Colitis. It is pre-populated with the most common medications and tests but you can easily add your own. I have tried several apps to keep track of my disease and this one is the simplest to use. Give it a try!

Great app
I have used multiple apps to keep track of my colits symptoms and diet and so far this one I like the most. It's very user friendly and easy to use. You can actually see your past data. Great work.
App is worthless
I was attracted to how easy this app is to record relevant data. Beyond that it is terrible; there is no way to access past records, there is little to no “analysis” of data you enter, so there is nothing helpful about your his app. It is literally just filling out data at the time of the event and then the data is gone.
