Not happy

The app is terrible nothing works. I can’t make a payment of manage my autopay options.

Slow, buggy, partly nonfunctional

Horribly half-baked effort at an app. Looks like they tried to clone the mobile website as an app, and failed. “Manage Autopay” just freezes to a blank screen. Login is glitchy and clumsy. Needs MUCH more work to be a usable, functional, modern app.

To get into app

Just found out for user name you have to use your full email address. I have been trying for two days to get in. I hope this helps others.

Can’t even sign in

Says all my Info is incorrect….. my name birthday and user id I tried 5 times. How can that info be incorrect?!?! Should of listened to the stars and other reviews which were mostly all bad.
