Doesn’t work
When signing up your account it asks for your latest bill amount but when you hit submit it said incorrect decimal value. I copied the value straight from my bill and it still says incorrect value. I can’t even get past the second sign-up page because of this. It’s easier to pay on their website or in person. Downloading this app was a waste of time.

New update is not working
The new update the happen some time in September is terrible. I am unable get past the log in screen. It ask for my login info and once you enter it, it will not let up scroll up to access the login button. You can hit the return button to login and there is no way to move the keyboard to login, since keyboard is what is preventing you from hitting the login button.

Incredible company, love theirs services, they do a great job, especially for a local utility company. App is useful and convenient for viewing and paying my bill.
Login Broken
Keyboard won’t go away and it covers the “confirm” when making an account so I can’t even log on for a first time.
