Doesn’t work
When signing up your account it asks for your latest bill amount but when you hit submit it said incorrect decimal value. I copied the value straight from my bill and it still says incorrect value. I can’t even get past the second sign-up page because of this. It’s easier to pay on their website or in person. Downloading this app was a waste of time.

New update is not working
The new update the happen some time in September is terrible. I am unable get past the log in screen. It ask for my login info and once you enter it, it will not let up scroll up to access the login button. You can hit the return button to login and there is no way to move the keyboard to login, since keyboard is what is preventing you from hitting the login button.

Incredible company, love theirs services, they do a great job, especially for a local utility company. App is useful and convenient for viewing and paying my bill.

Is this app a joke?
Won't let me link my new utility account. Conway corp online won't delete my old account and I can't sign up again due to my active email is still linked to old account. App also keeps crashing every time I attempt to link my new account.

This app will not let me scroll through the tv listings without shooting it back to the top of the list every time I scroll down! It's horrible!

Overall the app is great. I like being able to pay my bill without having to go anywhere. The biggest problem I have with this app however is when you hit the "upgrade your service" option the app crashes. If that could get fixed then I think the app would be perfect
Worthless - 1 star for effort
This app needs to be fixed!! As pointed out by many users it "CRASHES". Why have something created like this that doesn't work as it should. If this can't be updated soon my recommendations is to have it removed from the App Store no later than the end of the month. 3/31/15

Bugs
Guys I hate to say it but this app is broken (always has been) and you're focusing on fixing the wrong "bugs". First I have to ask "why in the world would I want to link an app that's for my utilities to my Facebook?" Answer is I don't. Which is where the real bug lies: I log in with my Conway corp username & password to view my account, then I close the app. Next time I open it everything is blank..no balance..nothing. I click on anything (view bill etc.) and it crashes every time forcing me to log out and back in. Please fix. Oh and the fact you want to charge me $5 extra to pay my bill through the app is pretty bad practice as well.

Has worked from day one for me, used it to pay my bill also. Wish I could watch tv on it.
