Horrible User Interface
Just like the title says this app looks like it was designed 15 years ago. It’s difficult to move around with complex menu options. I came from a co-op that used an app called SmartHub, miles ahead of this app. I wish Cuivre River would use that app.
Worst electric company I’ve ever had
Not only does their app fail at the basics, but the company is the least reliable electric ever. Dozens of outages each year. Light rain… outage… mild breeze… another outage. There’s inconsistent voltage delivery and poor support from the company. Would recommend looking for a place outside of the Cuivre River coverage area… you will regret it if you don’t.

Works perfect!
Long time customer but new user to the app. I was able to pay my bill from my iPhone in about 30 seconds! It’s linked to your online account so no need to enter all your payment info again. Very easy!

I love this app. It made paying my bill & payment history so easy to look up. 5/5, have recommended others!
NEVER WORKS
I have had this app on my phone for months because they "say" unless you sign up for auto pay, this is the only way to pay. But I have had to call in and pay over the phone because this app NEVER works. Sometimes, I won't even open. Always says "communication error" no matter what you click on, or sometimes it does it simply when you try to open it. I have only had it work successfully ONE time.
