App keeps freezing and not refreshing
Horrible Service
I initially joined this company because everything seemed professional and reliable. Their EPOS system and DD point service looked great at first, and I genuinely believed I had made the right choice. Unfortunately, the experience has gone completely downhill.
I’m now facing constant issues with my EPOS system — problems that directly affect my business operations — yet the company shows no real interest in resolving them. Their support is slow, unresponsive, and honestly, it feels like they don’t care once they’ve taken your money.
What’s even more frustrating is that instead of helping, they are now asking me to pay £200 for a call-out charge. £200! For an issue that is clearly on their side and should be covered as part of the service. It’s absolutely ridiculous and feels like they are trying to squeeze money out of their customers rather than provide genuine support.
I’m extremely disappointed and regret signing up with them. If this is how they treat their customers when problems arise, I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
