App keeps freezing and not refreshing
Horrible Service
I initially joined this company because everything seemed professional and reliable. Their EPOS system and DD point service looked great at first, and I genuinely believed I had made the right choice. Unfortunately, the experience has gone completely downhill.
I’m now facing constant issues with my EPOS system — problems that directly affect my business operations — yet the company shows no real interest in resolving them. Their support is slow, unresponsive, and honestly, it feels like they don’t care once they’ve taken your money.
What’s even more frustrating is that instead of helping, they are now asking me to pay £200 for a call-out charge. £200! For an issue that is clearly on their side and should be covered as part of the service. It’s absolutely ridiculous and feels like they are trying to squeeze money out of their customers rather than provide genuine support.
I’m extremely disappointed and regret signing up with them. If this is how they treat their customers when problems arise, I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I’m happy for using this app to apply at member shops to get discounts and DD points every time I swipe the DD points card when I buy goods. Very useful app.
When having any points queries I email them and get immediate response and help to resolve any issues with the shops concerned! Thanks Nadanasivam

What load of crap don’t show vouchers have over £4 pounds worth now all gone.
Not working
I loaded the app a few days ago but still waiting for my telephone number to be verified. Re-done it a few times even dropped the zero at the beginning to make sure it was correct but still nothing.

Is not allowing me to login I put in all my details including the code that they give you and then it takes me right back to the menu
