Can’t add a claim or change any contact information. Needs more development. Website seems to be no better.
Horrible app
This app is not very helpful in seeing your current EOBs. Old EOB are listed but the most current EOBs sometime are not available. Very frustrating when you are trying to see what was covered or not on a current bill and why. I have had multiple billing errors and like to check for accuracy.
Poor Customer Service
Expect limited appointments, no one to answer the phone, unqualified medical professionals, and a terrible application. 0-10
