I actually really like sploot as a vet but I can’t get anyone to chat with me to help me fix my account. After logging in none of my pets info is associated with the account and haven’t been able to get anyone to help me fix it

Cannot download invoices

There is a visible button to download invoices but this button doesn’t do anything. This needs to be fixed. The website also does not offer any way to download invoices.

So Great!!

Super easy to use and convenient. Needed to download my pup’s medical records to go to the new dog daycare and bar in town and was able to do it in minutes. Love the medication reminders too!
