Cannot download invoices
There is a visible button to download invoices but this button doesn’t do anything. This needs to be fixed. The website also does not offer any way to download invoices.

Super easy to use and convenient. Needed to download my pup’s medical records to go to the new dog daycare and bar in town and was able to do it in minutes. Love the medication reminders too!

Such a great app! Its never been easier to get my pets medical records. Usually you have to call multiple clinics, but I can download straight from the app. I can also update my pets information too.

This app has made getting my dog's medical records as fast as a click of a button. I couldn't believe how quickly they came to my email! (Quick enough to sign him up for some more doggy fun). I'm definitely a fan!
Amazing App!
I have three dogs so it can be hard to keep up with when they are due for everything. Having this app has been amazing. I have been able to login and see each vaccine reminder with ease. I was even able to update my contact information, email myself records and schedule an appointment. Saved me so much time and made it able for me to complete this on my lunch break!

Best Vet App Out There!
I love this app!! Anytime you need your pets information (medical history, vaccination due dates, etc.) it’s all there. I used to have to always call my vet to get his medical records sent over but now I can have them emailed to me right from the app! They even have this cool feature to remind me about giving my pup his monthly heart worm medication. Most vet apps (of your vet has one) are really just for booking appointments, but this app does so much more. Highly recommend!!

Please fix the new version issues!
The app is entirely unusable until the issues are fixed. Users are forced to log back in each time with basic information and you're unable to select the (required) clinic field so users cannot sign in at all. Please fix ASAP!!
Unusable
The drop down for preferred location is required to sign up or sign in and it’s broken so you literally cannot even use this app… fix it!
Latest update makes app unusable
This latest update broke the app. You cannot select your preferred clinic from the drop-down when entering your information to sign in to an existing account, making it impossible to move forward and sign in. Please fix this ASAP, the app was great up until this!
1.0.18 broke the app
It no longer recognizes users and attempts to have you create a new account, except for the last dropdown to select your preferred location is not clickable. Use their website, this app is garbage.
