Scanner and food measurements
I like the program but my issue is choosing measurements. Scanner is not accurate and portions-even when entered manually- don’t line up with labels.
Nice
The ability to track blood sugar readings, meals, and daily habits has been incredibly useful. It helps me better understand my health patterns.
Refund
Make sure you are careful about the free trial. Because if you aren’t, they will charge you without a reminder. And if you contact immediately after the charge for a refund, they will not give you one. They are inflexible. Deleting the app when you decide you don’t want it, is not enough. You have to cancel the subscription first.

This app makes it much easier to monitor my sugar levels and understand my patterns.
cancelled my subscription
I purchased the app for 6 months cancelled it at apple and did not specifically write to them but they just recharged me for a full year as they’re policy does not allow my cancellation, will never do business with them again
The best app
Clean design and very user-friendly. I can log my readings in just a few seconds.
Meh
The daily Tracker of food, exercise etc. is well thought out & helpful. The program to search food for calorie, carb, protein count etc. is 0/10. I got go on and on how bad it is…Junior kindergarten kids must have written it. If you’re looking for this type of App, look elsewhere….

Not even worth 1 *
Didn’t use the app as I didn’t find it helpful. 6 months later I’m charged over £100 to renew without any emails to make me aware of the renewal. Contact for support within 24 hours of being charged, basically told to suck it up with no option of a refund as it was in the small print 6 months ago. Absolutely no point “reaching out to them” they couldn’t care less.

Very disappointed with this app. Have used it for a few days but will now delete it. What a waste of money.
Subscriber Beware
I just learn an expensive lesson. If you plan to at anytime cancel your subscription you must do it 48 hours prior to their charging, your payment method. I didn’t realize until that hour when PayPal notified me that the money had been charged. Two days and five different customer service personnel (via email) later I was told that I would not receive the refund I requested per their policies. I recommend that IF you ever plan to terminate your subscription then figure out the day they will charge you and cancel well before their 48 hour policy notice.

Expensive template
I didn’t expect to be charged $73 a month for this app. It provides a great template to keep track of your progress, but $73 a month is unacceptable
Not for anyone in the UK
Be aware that a lot of “common” foods are not on the app. Less than one day in and I can’t find the Warburton bread I have, nor foods that are Tesco branded.
Helpful Logs
This app exceeded my expectations. The recipe ideas are practical, and the tracking tools are easy to use. It's been a helpful companion for my daily health goals.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!
Since i don’t know and was unaware of cancelling within the app the billed me again and are refusing to provide a refund. There are a lot better apps than this POS.
Update: I was refunded my money but they just billed me again for a yearly subscription. STAY AWAY from this app!!!!

Very Useful
I've tried several diabetes apps, and this is the first one I've actually stuck with. The meal logging is quick, the interface is clean, and seeing all my glucose records in one place helps me stay consistent.
Unauthorised payments taken
I have just had two unauthorised payments of £95.99 and £42.00 taken from my account with no previous warning. Not impressed.
