Confusing and time consuming
The amount of times I have successfully topped up on this app is zero. It is confusing, payment methods is confusing and rarely works and all in all digital is a total rip off with no plans matching my needs. They trap you because there are no other good options on the island. I gave 1 star because it is (barely) better than their competitors.

Literally the most terrible app. You can’t even LOG IN
1. don’t get a SMS code even though it says SMS
2. no worries, was able to verify through email
3. can’t log in with email, unexpected character (probably the @? which is in EVERY EMAIL)
4. can’t log in with phone number, that requires a SMS code which ofc is not sending
5. my final savior: email me a code. i actually get a code after 4 minutes. i go to log in — code expired, it’s been too long. i typed it in AS SOON AS I GOT IT

Basic app at best
This app is ok for paying bills but that’s it. The billing account data is outdated and difficult to follow. It’s impossible to add an eSIM, You have to make your way to a store…., how yesterday. You can’t add a roaming plan if you’re travelling, you have to make several long distance calls and try to find a knowledgeable agent and $50. In calls it’s done. How yesterday. Wake up Digicel, satellite phones are gonna get you. Starlink and iptv is already doing so.

Absolutely Rubbish App
Creating an account requires an email address to be inserted however you cant use email to retrieve code while logging in, you can create an account using overseas numbers, no code is sent through. Tried using so called agent Ruby but app crashes, the email support doesn’t do anything. Unreliable app which has been deployed to production without any proper testing, shameful.

There seems to be an issue everytime I open this app. Attempting to pay a bill on time is such a challenge. I’ve been logged out and can’t seem to log back in to pay my bill on time. Now there is going to be a late fee applied when the app just isn’t working.
