Buy a different brand
App was never great but as of the last update this year no longer connects at all to my robot. Judging by the recent reviews I am not alone. When the robot dies I will look elsewhere for a replacement since it doesn’t appear Maytronics is supporting their customers. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive and supposedly premium product.

The app can see the robot but when you tap into it, always says “try again”
Worst app invented
First you download an app, it detects your vacuum, but the app directs you to a different app with 1.7 stars. When I tried connecting my vacuum, it says something about the power supply not recognizing my vacuum. For all the money I spent on this vacuum I would think the company would have a minimally functioning app.
I don’t want the developers replying to uninstall and reinstall because that did not work. DO BETTER.

No Support
I was prompted to download one app after another. Not compatible. No response from App Support or company regarding incompatibility issues.

La connexion avec les robot est impossible j’ai utilise plusieurs application différent il le détecte mais me redirigé sur cette application et cette application ne le détecte pas j’ai le xt4 qui est compatible avec l’application

Terrible App
Why in the heck after at least two years of consumer complaints and 1 star ratings, has Maytronics not fixed this problem. I mean you spend hundreds of dollars and they don’t even bother to take complaints seriously. Think about how many tens of thousands of dollars in potential sales they let walk away because of these reviews. Terrible business sense.

What a joke
Can’t believe anyone at Dolphin ever thought this was ready to launch. It’s a joke. Nothing about the app works or connects to the robot. Nice job clowns. Returning the entire apparatus and going with a company that knows what it’s doing.
Absolutely terrible
I’ve had my dolphin for over two years now and since getting it have tried off and on to even get my device connected to the app via Bluetooth with no success. I’ve tried countless ways to troubleshoot but always get the same error that the app can’t detect my robot. For a $1200 device you would think they would spend a few hundred bucks on a decent app…

At least it did work for sometime, as bad as the app was I didn’t care. Now it can never find and connect to the power supply any more. Even stupider is the dolphin plus app finds and connects but then tells me to use this app instead which can’t connect to it
Horrible App
Well, the machine does a good job. The app is absolutely terrible. It will find your robot sometimes and then not find it other times. You have to go through unplugging and resetting constantly. The user interface stinks. When it does find your robot, then you go to connected and it will say it can’t find the robot. Absolutely terrible experience.

Aaron - Disappointed
My dolphin has been intermittently working for years but in the last year hasn’t worked properly at all. It turns on for 10 seconds and just stops.
I don’t understand how these are so popular. And the Bluetooth setting and control of cleaner is just a gimmick.
I’m not left with a $1,600 that’s useless after 6 years, less if you count the years it stopped working after warranty.

Bluetooth failure
The new dolphin app forces Proteus DX4 owners to use this old app which doesn't work and hasn't been updated in 4 years !

I can’t believe I got sucked into buying these, if you’re thinking about it, don’t buy!!! And no one from maytronics ever helps!!!
Dolphin s300i - algo à revoir
Cela fait plusieurs années et je suis déçu de ce robot. Mêmes remarques que celles faites par mr Deforet. J’ai également une piscine rectangulaire 10x5.
- Pas de mise à jour du firmware possible , même par clé usb, et qui permettait au fournisseur de corriger les bugs. Bien dommage.
- L’algorithme de parcours de la zone de nettoyage est décevant et à revoir clairement (même en mode fond associé au mode long de 2,5 h) : il reste des endroits où il ne passe pas. Il perd déjà 1/3 de son temps à faire des demi-tours tous les 3 mètres au lieu de finir ses lignes droites. Bien dommage ça. En mode normal il nettoie très mal les parois repassant souvent aux mêmes endroits mais au final 80% de l’espace des parois total n’est pas nettoyé.
- il aspire très mal les feuilles au fond de la piscine , et les repousse souvent par déplacement d’eau plutôt que par aspiration.
- l’aspiration n’est pas assez forte.
- le filtre micron n’est pas assez fin pour aspirer les fines particules; c’est suffisant et bien pour l’ouverture de saison qd la piscine est très sale mais pas ensuite en mode entretien normal.
En conclusion je regrette mon achat (900 eur qd même à l’époque) et ne le recommande pas.

Useless App!
In an endless loop between two different Dolphin apps. Neither work. While sending me to the app used prior to attempting to connect with this one.

Acheté il y a 3 ans, quand j ai vu la sous performance de ce robot T45, j ai fait réparer mon ancien qui a duré jusqu’à h aujourd’hui.
Donc j ai repris mon T 45 et je me confronte à sa lenteur , son inefficacité a aspirer , il lui faut deux fois plus de temps de travail que mon ancien robot, et le boulot n est pas bien fait!
Je suis très déçu de cette marque!.
