Terrible user experience

I have spent over an hour jumping between DSTV and Showmax trying to link the accounts. Things are constantly timing out and showing errors. This is what monopoly does. When you don’t have the voice of another service, they can give shoddy service and still stay in business. Very sad

The App is pants

9 out of 10 times, trying to log in, you have to delete the App and re-download it. You either get an add for a program you will never watch covering the page or 1, w or 3 magical dots, that cannot be bypassed

There is a link to watch now, that either takes you to the web browser or another App, both of which have the magical 3-dots

There seems to be zero testing done.
