Unimpressed with how this app won’t even allow profile to be completed. Had my Multistrada for a month and I’ve already found that Ducati makes a amazing bike but can’t seem to make their apps flow on and off the bike

Impossible de créer un compte

Au moment de créer le compte on doit répondre à des questions pour justifier ne pas être un robot, sauf que les questions s’éternisent pour qu’au final on revienne au point de départ. J’ai désinstallé et réinstaller plusieurs fois c’est toujours le même soucis. Dommage !

Couldn’t Even Make Account

I downloaded the app, but was unable to make an account. I went through at least 20 verification processes, but I lost my patience when it wouldn’t stop with the Captcha verifications. I got fed up and deleted the app.

Just both new streetfighter v2S (2025). I downloaded this app and try to register but it’s just impossible. What a shame!

Really very bad

This could be such a great app but it falls short in every category. Cannot update my address, photos cannot be scaled, looks good but doesn’t really do anything.

Works great for its intended purpose. Set up your account up on a computer, then login through the app and everything will function fine.

No purpose

Created my account and assumed everything would align to my email on record as they already sent me emails welcoming me. But instead they want id pictures treating the owner using the same email as a stranger. Makes no sense to have this app is essentially useless. Sorry Ducati your bikes are amazing but this app is trash.

Useless for me - 1119S not listed

Panigale family doesn’t include the first Panigale bike. The 1199S. As a result- I can’t add my bike.

Seems OK, but not much wow factor. Don’t get the reason for certifying your Ducati by posting a lot of personal info.

Can’t seem to register my 1998 Ducati 748. Checked under “Superbike” and “Other”. Maybe it’s too old! Easier to register another brand 8^(

Useless

Apart from the buginess of the app I couldn’t find a single reason for it taking space on my phone. And I have a lot of free space.
There is no even an image of my bike when I add it in the app. I was hoping to find service intervals, there is zero info about the bike.
Guys, just kill this app, it damages the brand.
