Dreadful piece of junk
Quite apart from being completely unstable - it locks up every time you do anything, requiring a force-quit - this appears to be just another attempt to lock in customers to the poor standards of some of the dealer network. The default screen is just marketing puff and you have to wade through it to get to what information it has on a bike. It does not allow you to add any third party work that’s done and does not even appear to record any warranty work that’s been carried out. It therefore does not provide even a basic record of the bike’s history.
And it doesn’t even recognise Scotland as a country. Utterly pathetic.

I like this app a lot
Never 100%!
No matter what you do, it’s not possible to complete your profile to get the ‘app-ometer’ to 100%. Very frustrating!

Unimpressed with how this app won’t even allow profile to be completed. Had my Multistrada for a month and I’ve already found that Ducati makes a amazing bike but can’t seem to make their apps flow on and off the bike

App has Lost my registered bikes so no longer able to access service status /docs etc . & unable to select relevant family to add them back in

Been using the app for about 4 or so years. But recently bikes I own has disappeared. No maintenance records stored and dealerships missing. Filtering of services offered by dealers doesn’t work either. Links to configurations is also buggy. Seems pretty pointless in using the app unless these issues are fixed

Terrible App
For all of Ducati’s technological advances they seem unable to create a useful user friendly app that works. Given all my bike info and service info is stored in here, surprised to see today that all my information seems to have disappeared from the app. My registered bike’s gone as well as service history. Very disappointing and concerning. Having to try and re enter the bike info, but not sure if I’ll get my service history back (there’s no physical service book these days, so not sure how that’s going work). What a pile of rubbish.

Impossible de créer un compte
Au moment de créer le compte on doit répondre à des questions pour justifier ne pas être un robot, sauf que les questions s’éternisent pour qu’au final on revienne au point de départ. J’ai désinstallé et réinstaller plusieurs fois c’est toujours le même soucis. Dommage !
Couldn’t Even Make Account
I downloaded the app, but was unable to make an account. I went through at least 20 verification processes, but I lost my patience when it wouldn’t stop with the Captcha verifications. I got fed up and deleted the app.
Can’t even register
Just both new streetfighter v2S (2025). I downloaded this app and try to register but it’s just impossible. What a shame!

This could be such a great app but it falls short in every category. Cannot update my address, photos cannot be scaled, looks good but doesn’t really do anything.
