Здравствуйте! Нам очень жаль, что так получилось. Не совсем понятна связь предзаказа через приложение и возраста духов. Предзаказ собирают в том же магазине, в котором вы выбрали бы товар сами. Но, пользуясь нашим сервисом вы можете выбрать товары заранее, узнать о наличии товара и цену на него а также оплатить минуя очереди, да еще и с приятной скидкой. Ваш случай — обидная случайность, к которой мы отношения не имеем. С уважением, Команда Mydutyfree

Спасибо за ваш комментарий. Процесс подключения магазина достаточно длительный, зависит не только от нас, но и от магазина. Нам необходимо настроить синхронизацию на получение наличия и цен, а так же передачу заказов на кассу. К сожалению, без содействия самого дьюти-фри магазина мы их добавить не можем.
