試用初日に6,000円が課金され、Appleへの返金申請も否認されてしまったこと、さらにアプリが起動直後にフリーズして全く使用できないというご不便をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。お客様の怒りとご不満を重く受け止めております。課金と返金に関しまして、現在のシステム構築について客観的にご案内いたします。App Storeにおけるすべての決済、無料トライアル、および返金の審査は、Apple側が独占的に管理・運営しております。開発元にはお客様のクレジットカード情報の確認や、直接返金・注文取消を行う権限がございません。Appleより返金が否認されたことに関しまして、開発元としても大変心苦しく存じますが、プラットフォーム側の制限であることをご理解いただけますと幸いです。また、起動時にアプリがフリーズする不具合につきましては、開発チームにて原因を特定し、最近修正パッチをリリースいたしました。お手数ですが、アプリストアにて最新バージョンにアップデートしてご確認ください。いただいたフィードバックは製品マネージャーに直接共有いたします。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Total subscription trap. I downloaded the app and was charged immediately on the very first day, despite their claim of a "7-day free trial." Worst of all, I hadn't even logged in or created an account yet! When I reached out to their support, they claimed they couldn't find my payment record and told me to get a refund from Apple. Terrible business practice and extremely predatory. Avoid at all costs!

後AIアニメだが男が強制的に女になるのと服装の大半がセンシティブ違反ですと言われて弾かれる因みにクレジットは消費される
これで運営しようとしている貴方達の正気を疑いますね。
Tout est payant
Pour tester l’appli j’ai téléchargé une photo. Avant désinstaller appli j’ai voulu enlever la photo, il n’y a aucune indication pour expliquer comment faire.

Bonjour, pour supprimer une photo, allez dans « My Artwork » et appuyez longuement sur le fichier pour voir le bouton de suppression. Les données cloud sont régulièrement effacées et jamais utilisées sans votre accord. De plus, guider l'IA avec des "prompts" est en soi un véritable processus créatif. Plus d'aide via « Send feedback ».

Hi there, all AI generation features require credits as they consume significant server resources—this helps ensure fair usage & the best experience for our subscribers. Very expensive & lacks quality control
Be warned - when you sign up for the monthly subscription you still have to purchase “tokens” to create the animation templates. I purchased 100 pack- One of my videos glitched so it wasted my 30 tokens, another froze on a dual animation which costs 50 tokens. Theres no dispute process or chat box to request refunds or edits. Money wasted if you ask me. Very disappointing.

Since AI requires high server resources, credits help ensure stable service for all users. ⚖️ AI quality depends on the original photo, but regarding the glitches/lost credits, please send the original photo + details via “Send Feedback” in Settings.🙏
