Myem: Offline Music

Myem turns the audio files you already own into a clean, offline music library — on your iPhone, your Apple Watch. No streaming, no account, no ads. WHY IT MATTERS You already have the songs. They should just play. Myem is a calm, ad-free home for the music on your device — add your files and they're yours to organize and enjoy, online or off. HOW IT WORKS Add your .mp3, .wav, .m4a and other audio files from the Files app or your Mac. Myem reads each track's title, artist, album and cover art, then groups everything into a tidy library you can browse, search and play in seconds. WHAT YOU GET • A clean album-cover home, with search across songs, artists and albums • Playlists, one-tap Liked Songs, and a Play-next / Up-Next queue • Background playback with lock-screen and Control Center controls • Home and Lock Screen widgets, including a large one that shows the lyric line playing right now • Siri Shortcuts for the things you play most • Synced lyrics from .lrc files, with a nudge to fix any that run early or late • Crossfade between songs, from off to twelve seconds • Artist pages that gather every track you have from an artist • Listening stats and a Year in Review • Even out loudness between tracks with volume normalization • Share songs and whole playlists with friends nearby over AirDrop • Choose your output — speaker, headphones, Bluetooth or AirPlay ON YOUR APPLE WATCH Control playback from your wrist, or download songs to the Watch and go for a run with your phone left behind. KEEP YOUR DEVICES IN STEP Nearby Sync fills in what's missing between two devices running Myem — songs, playlists and all — over your local network, with a pairing code that never crosses the wire. BACK UP ON YOUR TERMS Back up your library to iCloud, or point Myem at your own cloud storage (Nextcloud, ownCloud, Synology and other WebDAV servers). Your server password is kept in the iPhone's Keychain and is never written into the backup itself. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your songs and library stay on your devices. Myem has no account, no ads and no analytics, and it never uploads your audio files. Myem does not go online on its own. Beyond your own local network and the backup destination you choose, every lookup is a switch in Settings that starts off: find lyrics for the song you're playing, complete newly added songs with their lyrics and album name, and download missing cover art. Lyrics come from LRCLIB; album and artist information from Apple's public iTunes Search service. Turn any of them off and Myem stays entirely offline.
