Nice interface, easy to use, love the content that you offer outside of traditional health care applications.

Barely functions
Straight up tells you to just use the website at times, tells you to use the search function when there is none available, half the time it’s telling me my account is inactive or doesn’t exist. Nothing is intuitive. You’d think in 2026 they would have a functioning app, but it’s not helpful in so many ways. Best thing is being able to add my card to my Apple wallet

Worst App in Healthcare EVER
2026 and the people who developed this app for Emblem can’t seem to get the simplest of things to work! When you try to sign in, they want to use a verification system that sends you a code. Nothing new about that; the technology is over a decade old. HOWEVER, once you RECEIVE the code, THERE IS NO PLACE TO ACTUALLY ENTER IT!
Don’t waste your time with this trash app, and question your health insurance provider if they can’t offer a simple way to access your healthcare information! If they do this poorly with an app, just what else are they doing poorly?

Clunky
This is one of the hardest apps to use. It lags and sticks. Doesn’t allow you to easily go back and forward between pages. Then when I try to use the web version, it automatically takes me right back to the app leaving me in a loop. Very unpleasant experience.
Not a Serious App
This app is a full-screen web view that opens the mobile website on launch. It offers no native iOS functionality of any kind. Buttons that are broken on the mobile website remain broken in this app’s web view. You will get zero functional difference from simply logging in via Safari, all it does is take up extra space on your phone to install. Do not bother.

trash app. None the features work
popups blocked on iphone
nice app but can’t open message replies or documents as “ popups “ being blocked. any suggestions on how to fix this?
Worked great but issue opening documents
My review is of my own experience, the app works great but on IOS 26.2 Developer Beta and even IOS 18 Public Releases are not able to open documents due to “browser popup enabled” iPhone 15 pro max 1TB on Verizon Wireless. This issue persists in the app across many updates to IOS and the App itself , the issue happens in the Emblem Health App and may need integration to Safari to work around the Blocked Popups issue. When using on regular Safari Website it loads the documents as intended however which is the only known workaround however website does not load the Evidence Of Coverage it continually does loading icon this again is website not app tho , app won’t even open it at all says pop ups blocked

Unnecessarily difficult
Why is it so difficult to use?
Why do I need to put in my username and password each time I use your app. Why do I have to wait for a code to be emailed to me every time I use it and why does it take so long to receive the code?

No Longer Working
Had the app for about 3-4yrs now and after the most recent update 3 weeks ago it stopped working properly. I can’t even sign in.

This app is the worst. Major links like primary care, physician or change provider don’t even work. Is anyone at all maintaining this app?
Terrible app login procedures
Password expires every 8 weeks and then they won’t let you reset it without calling customer service to have them reset your secret question

I’m having the same issues as others with the pop up, and my iPhone isn’t the problem.i can’t access any choices of physicians. I have deleted the app and started all over again to get the same message that it’s my iPhone pop up blocker. Very frustrating.
Worst app ever
This app is just as bad as the medical care that Emblem Heath delivers. You can’t view EOB or messages because the app isn’t set to allow pop ups. You get a notification that pop ups aren’t allowed and reconfigure your browser to allow them. However the browser is set up to allow pop ups and yet the Emblem app still won’t allow them. What good is have an app if you can’t use it? Also their doctors list is hopeless outdated and they refuse to trim their provider lists. They are afraid of people seeing how short their provider list really is. Do better.
