Can’t get the app to connect to the unit. Tried calling and emailing, just ignored.

Doesn’t work as it should

Have had Atmos unit replaced twice, app still failing to connect. Would be better if unit was operated with a simple control unit - app is pretty pointless, especially since it has no functionality for controlling the unit remotely (i.e. when away from home).

Phone number needs to be correct

The Contact Envirovent phone number on the app is incorrect, it might seem a small thing but it’s important to have this sort of thing correct.

Impossible to connect even in installer mode it just does not find the unit. If by chance you connect it drops never to be found again!
