App is easy to use, categories limited on maintenance requests but otherwise works well for submissions

Once you login you can only see the loading wheel with a black screen. The app doesn’t load anymore. App takes a long time to load
Ok but could be better
Takes an age to update about your rental payment being paid. Some lack of options when it comes to reporting faults, namely plug socket faults isn’t an option.
On the plus side it’s well laid out.
