Pointless App
Pointless app takes you straight to website to log in. The app does nothing only send to the web ESR
It’s not an app though
Its just a page with a few buttons that takes you to the site I was hoping I wouldn’t have to use :(((
Glorified bookmark
This is not an app. It’s just a glorified bookmark to the esr website.
Awful - don’t bother.
Typical NHS app development, crashes immediately on first install. Restart iPhone, run app again - thinks about it, then crashes again. Not fit for purpose, obviously no app development as no updates to app for over a year, despite the host of complaints and terrible reviews.

The worst App ever
I really feel that the NHS could not have created a more complex app to support NHS staff if they had tried. It is not user friendly, complex to navigate around & overall designed by people who assume that we all speak and exist in the same world as those who designed it. I also work for other organisations as a nurse and their systems are so much easier to use. Totally frustrated

I have been going round in circles trying to to reset my password , this interface is not user friendly

Very slow, often doesn’t load, poor functionality. Would hope the NHS had the purchase power to ditch this and commission software that is fit for purpose

Truly awful app,password does not work however definitely correct password. Why do the NHS use something so outdated and poor for its staff we deserve something better!

Worst app ever invented
Hopeless! App is appropriately named Loop - it takes you round and round and round in log in attempts without success! Having previously logged in and used it successfully, despite entering correct credentials, it continues to advise my account already exists, but credentials are incorrect!
You have to ask yourself why such an important app does not have any admin contact details whatsoever to resolve any issues. Contacting local admin directs you to app…..and the Loop continues 😩

Awful
Over a year work IT tell me to contact ESR as it keeps asking for a 6 digit authenticator code, ESR state not their problem, many NHS staff unable to complete online learning because the app keeps signing out, or just won’t let you sign in. Awful.
Rubbish
Absolutely terrible! I look at my compliance and see what I need to update that’s great should just be able to press it to get to do the e-learning but no that doesn’t work. Go to learner homepage, my compliance is gone and I can’t see what I need to update anymore, can’t find the e-learning I need to do. It’s made so complicated that you end up giving up. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

This is a glorified page of links to start a browser session. You are better served just creating a browser bookmark for MyESR and use that.
