No page, action or feature within this app works correctly. Clicking links does nothing, buttons do nothing.

App hasn’t worked for months
This app is still down. No way to access any links, view my ID card, or send a message.
I have issues loading my ID CARD .
Can not see messages or ID CARD . The loading screen remains there for eternity . Restarting the app & my phone didn’t fix it . This app needs to come to the 21st century .
