I’m not one to leave reviews, but not only is the app incredibly unstable (dated/not kept up to date), it’s unreliable when it comes to “fax” transmissions. Most failed to send/receive.
Also, don’t be fooled by their free trial. I was charged in full just two days in.

Developer makes it extremely difficult to terminate subscription

Recently updated to the new app. It is unusable!! I’ve used myfax for many many years, this is very disappointing. If you’re lucky enough for the new app to open an incoming fax, it’s very slow. Going to older archived faxes is nearly impossible. Like other reviews, customer service is aware but no fix insight. Telling customers to use the website, but that’s not what I’m paying for all these years.

Used to work great! Now it is useless
This used to work great with no issues. Now when you click on the myfax app it just wants you to create a new account. There is no way to log in at all. The phone number to customer support is disconnected: also they wont answer your question in chat or email. When these people hear the concern and dont know what to do- their solution is to end the chat. THREE TIMES THIS HAPPENED. Still have no answer. Absolute disgrace! This app isnt worth it for free. Do yourself a favor and use any other app in existence. Not this one

awful update!
The new update makes the app horrendous to deal with! Half the time when I go to open up a fax it’s showing up blank. As I try to clear my fax, once you delete one fax the whole app becomes unusable and freezes and you need to exit and reopen it every single time. So difficult to deal with.

Worst app ever
This app needs help. It can’t remember my pw logs me out every session. When I download the app onto my iPad I am unable to print. I need to download the app onto my iPhone to make it usable. Sad thing is that I already paid the subscription so I’m stuck with it for now

Unfortunate update
This service was great and the app was reliable. The update made this update absolutely unusable. It’s SUPER slow navigating to each screen (inbox, sent, trash, home). But worst of all is that it doesn’t show fax images for sent or received faxes! I reached out to their support weeks ago and they replied saying that they are aware of the issue. Then told me to use the website. So they basically admitted that their app is broken and they have done nothing to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and it still doesn’t work. Still not seeing any updates of when it so be fixed. I use this for work for testing and it’s just unusable and I’m tired of waiting for a fix. I have been using this for at least over a year. Unfortunately I’m canceling and moving to another service. Deserves a 1 Star rating but choosing 2 stars just because I did like them for so long. Very frustrating it came to this

Ignore monthly cancel requests
Buyer beware - I cannot cancel my monthly subscription. Can’t get into my account - password reset not working - Continue to charge my account but not answering my support request to cancel it -

Terrible service
Use to be a good service until I tried to cancel, you get a fine gentleman who keeps saying hello hello, then you say I want to cancel my account and he says go ahead while the block access to your account via web. I had to call my bank and block their access to my account, Terrible Service
Can never leave the screen
Anytime you leave the screen to toggle and try and grab info for the fax, you get bumped out, resulting in the inability to benefit from the feature at all.
Broken app
We've used this product for years and it was fine. Over the last few months it now sends multiple miniature images of a single image that are unreadable. Instead of fixing the problem support says we should just use the desktop app. They blamed us and refused to fix problem. We are switching our company and suggest you do not use this broken app. Plus their support is only email now. They got rid of operators so you can't get live help. Worthless.

Fax not working
This application is not working, for me. The developer is quick to deduct subscription, for an app that DOES NOT work. Apple INC, should investigate apps such as this. I would NOT recommend this app.
Wonderful Service
I’ve had them for years, even before they had an app. Now that they have an app I would give them 10 stars. No complaints.
scam
this is a scam. Once you sign up, you’ll never be able to unsubscribe. Do not sign up for this. You will regret it. I’m working on trying to get it stopped now. And it is not easy. Nicely set up scam though.
